While aiming for this purpose Country Lane views its responsibility to the industry and to the public as representative and consultant maintaining the highest industrial standards while providing both creative and functional solutions to our clients, respectively. Improving and enhancing the environment for one’s mental, physical and visual welfare is our goal.

About our personnel…

Frank Koneschusky, Founder/Owner
35 years of working knowledge of the landscape industry has made Frank a leader in it. His experience ranges from the art of drum lacing trees to installing large caliper trees with heavy equipment to orchestrating multiple crews. Every aspect of the industry has been part of his work matrix!

George Koneschusky, Senior Supervising Forman
Hands on landscaping/hardscaping experience with attention to detail has set George’s 25 yrs apart from his peers in the field! Small job/large job there is no difference, each and every job is approached with the same level of workmanship and skill. An asset in the field for taking it off the board and getting it into the ground.

Gary Goebel, Horticulturalist/Landscape Designer
The thirst for horticultural knowledge over the past 30 years makes Gary a “standout”. Besides a sound working knowledge of plant material, he has the little known facts at his finger tips to fine tune a client’s choices whether it is woody plants, perennials, annuals, or bulbs. His designs are a plant person’s dream come true! And he can always provide you with a gardening tip from his own personal experience.

Bob Knoff, ASLA – Certified Landscape Architect (AS000111)
His intuitive design ability has set Bob apart as one of South Jersey’s premier landscape architects. His designs are both mental and visual compositions which are well planned and creative. The spatial organization of outdoor areas and his attention to detailing the environment are excellent! Practicing for over 30 years, Bob has been published, quoted, taught, served on advisory committees and accumulated various awards.

Foremen and Crews
The men who comprise the balance of the work force bring various trades, skills and work experiences to the job, from masonry to tree digging. All of this talent ensures that the installation is done in a professional manner and within acceptable industrial standards.
