Frank’s 45 years working in the nursery and landscape industry have made him a leader in the field. His experience ranges from the growing of trees and shrubs in the nursery, to digging and transplanting large caliper trees on job sites. Being an owner of a design/build firm requires many hats – overseeing landscaping, hardscaping and maintenance divisions and coordinating the snow/ice management efforts. Every aspect of the industry has been part of his matrix!
George Koneschusky, Senior Supervising Foreman
George’s Hands on landscaping/hardscaping experience with attention to detail have set his 35 year career apart from his peers in the field? Small job/large job – There is no difference, every job is approached with the same level of workmanship and skill. He is an asset in the field for taking it off the board and getting it into the ground. His ability to operate a broad range of heavy equipment is another plus!
Gary Goebel, Landscape Designer
Gary’s thirst for horticultural knowledge over the past 40 years gives him a sound working knowledge of plant material. He has the little known facts at his finger tips to fine tune a client’s choice for woodies, perennials, annuals or bulbs. His designs are a plant person’s dream come true! Gary can always provide you with a gardening tip from his own personal experience.
Robert Knoff, ASLA – Licensed Landscape Architect (AS000111)
Bob’s intuitive design ability set him apart as one of South Jersey’s premier landscape architects. His designs are both, mental and visual compositions which are well planned and creative. The special organization of outdoor areas and his attention to detail in the environment are excellent! Practicing for over 40 years, Bob has published, quoted, taught, served on advisory committees and accumulated various awards and citations.
Sue Tieman, Administrative Assistant
Sue’s career with Country Lane covers over 15 years from garden center retailing to providing administrative/technical support for the office and field. Her abilities provide computer knowledge and “hands on” knowledge of the landscape industry and plant material. She is able to assist our clients with their basic landscape/plant questions. Country Lane is fortunate to have her on staff.
Foremen and Crews
The men who comprise the balance of the work force bring various trades, skills and work experiences to the company – from masonry to tree digging to property maintenance. All of this talent ensures that the installations, whether landscape/hardscape, is done in a professional manner and acceptable industrial standards. They are all dedicated employees Monday through Friday and in snow/ice storms!
